WP Sync Review
Automate 147 App Connections From WordPress Without Monthly Task Fees

Automation has become almost essential for running an online business, yet many marketers are still renting the connections between their own tools month after month.
Leads need to reach email lists, buyers need proper follow-up, payments need tracking, bookings need recording, and teams need notifications. As the business grows, handling all of that manually becomes unrealistic, while task-based automation subscriptions can keep getting more expensive.
WP Sync gives WordPress users another way to handle those workflows with broad app support, unlimited automations, and a one-time payment model. Throughout this review, I’ll take a closer look at the features, demo, pricing, ideal users, and my own experience with the overall value.
Read on and see what WP Sync could add to your current marketing setup.

WHAT WPSYNC EXACTLY IS
WP Sync is a WordPress system created to automate the way information moves between your marketing and business apps. It can connect 147 different platforms, including email marketing services, ecommerce tools, checkout systems, forms, calendars, lead-generation platforms, spreadsheets, chat apps, and other commonly used services.
For example, a new lead can move from a form into your email list, a buyer can get added to your CRM, a new order can appear in a spreadsheet, or your team can receive a notification when an important action happens.
You set everything up directly from WordPress. Connect your accounts, select the app that provides the data, choose where that data should go, map the information, and let WP Sync handle the rest. The software can process regular syncs automatically every five minutes, while supported instant-trigger connections can respond as soon as new activity appears.
For anyone already using several marketing tools together, WP Sync can turn WordPress into the central automation engine that keeps the whole system connected.

THE EXPERIENCED CREATOR OF WP SYNC

WP Sync is another software release from Neil Napier, a veteran creator whose products have covered email marketing, affiliate marketing, content creation, webinars, traffic, local marketing, AI, and automation. His previous launches include Mailvio, Content Gorilla AI, AI Affiliate, JetWebinar, QuickVSL, Local AI Fleet, AgencyScale, and Odin AI.
That background is reassuring for potential buyers. Neil has spent years serving the same marketer and online-business audience that WP Sync targets, giving him plenty of first-hand experience with the problems this type of software needs to solve.
Everything You Need to Automate Your Marketing Workflow
The real strength here comes from how much control you get over your connections, data flow, timing, and follow-up without stacking extra automation subscriptions on top.
✅ Unlimited Automations:
Create as many automation flows as you need and send data from one source to one or multiple destinations across your connected apps. A single signup can reach your email list, CRM, spreadsheet, and team notification channel automatically, with no task caps holding you back.
✅ Hands-Off Auto-Sync:
WP Sync keeps new information moving without manual checking. Standard contact syncing runs every 5 minutes, while supported push-based sources such as forms, webhooks, stores, calendars, and lead ads can trigger the workflow instantly.
✅ Private By Design:
Your data moves directly between connected applications through API calls. Subscriber and customer information stays under your control and does not pass through an outside automation provider’s server.
✅ 35 Autoresponders Built In:
Connect directly with Mailvio, ActiveCampaign, Acumbamail, AWeber, beehiiv, BirdSend, Brevo, Campaign Monitor, ConvertKit/Kit, Customer.io, Drip, eMailChef, EmailOctopus, Encharge, Flodesk, FluentCRM, GetResponse, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Keap (Infusionsoft), Klaviyo, Loops, Mailchimp, MailerLite, Mailjet, MailPoet, Moosend, Omnisend, Ortto, Sender, SendFox, SendX, Sendiio, Sendy, and Systeme.io.
Add the required API key and start creating your connection.
✅ Up To 147 Connections:
You can connect a wide range of tools across several parts of your online business. Supported options cover workflow services such as Webhooks, Forms, Zoom, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Airtable, Notion, monday.com, Pipedrive, and Trello; commerce platforms including WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, ThriveCart, SamCart, JVZoo, WarriorPlus, and ClickBank; plus course and membership platforms, booking tools such as Calendly, Cal.com, and Amelia, Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads, and team alerts through Slack, Discord, and Telegram.
✅ Filters & Field Mapping:
Control exactly what information travels to each destination. You can map fields separately, apply filter conditions, run a dry test before going live, and review every result inside the activity log.
✅ Refund & Cancel Triggers:
The automation does more than process fresh purchases. You can create dedicated workflows for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, and failed payments, then route those contacts into separate lists or follow-up sequences for win-back campaigns, payment recovery, and customer management.
✅ Delays & Scheduling:
Choose when each action should happen. Send data immediately, delay it for a specific amount of time, or hold the action until an exact date and time. You can set the timing separately for each destination without adding another scheduling tool or recurring subscription.
✅ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Your purchase also comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, giving you time to test the software and see how well it fits your workflow with added protection behind the investment.
The core version gives you everything needed to start connecting and syncing leads, but there are extra upgrades available for more advanced use cases. They can help you manage additional sites, measure campaign performance, study your audience, and deploy tracking across client projects.

A Quick Look at The WP Sync Workflow
Start inside the Bridges tab and click Create Bridge. Give your bridge a name, pick the source app you want WP Sync to watch, then select the source list or event that will launch the automation.

Next, choose your destination app and select the list where new contacts should go. You can also customize the field mapping, add a delay when needed, and move forward with the setup.

Need the same contact sent somewhere else too? Add another destination app, choose the appropriate list, and let one bridge distribute the incoming data across multiple platforms.

Once your bridge is ready, head back to the Bridges dashboard to control your automations. From here, you can Test, view History, Pause, Edit, Clone, or Delete any bridge whenever needed.

The Add-ons area gives you access to extra integrations that you can activate and manage for your bridges. The main dashboard also provides quick access to Activity Log, Training, Diagnostics, Settings, Resources, and the Hub.

Inside the Activity Log, you can inspect detailed records of everything happening across your bridges. Search by email address, name, or IP, narrow the records by activity type or status, then open Details to see the source, result, timestamp, and other relevant information.
