Follow this walkthrough to create, train, test, customize, and deploy a CueVue LiveRep™ from beginning to end.

Go to Brandsand select New from Website. Add your business name and website URL to the required fields.

Press Generateso CueVue can scan your website and create the first version of your brand profile and knowledge base.

[+] Review Brand

Check the generated Business basics, including your business name, industry, brand voice, description, unique selling proposition, and target audience. Update any details that do not accurately represent your business.

Move to Look & feeland customize the visual direction, colors, and other branding options before saving your settings.

[+] Index Knowledge

Review the services, pricing details, and FAQs CueVue extracted from your website. Edit, add, or delete entries until the knowledge base contains only the information you want your LiveRep to reference.

Select Create brand & index knowledgeto save the brand and process the approved content for future conversations.

Once indexing completes, open the brand and locate Avatars in this brand. Click New avatarto begin setting up your LiveRep.

The new LiveRep automatically starts with access to the brand knowledge you prepared earlier.

Choose Auto-draft all fieldsto generate a quick starting setup, or manually enter the avatar name and role. Then select the suggested role tags that best describe the job you want this LiveRep to handle.

Select Generate with AIwhenever you want CueVue to create or refresh the prompt for you. Once everything looks right, click Save & next.

Enable Live subtitlesto display captions during the conversation. Turn on Auto-translate to visitor language when you want the LiveRep to communicate in the visitor’s language.

Select the preferred spoken-language option, then choose Save & nextto move forward.

Choose Test live callinside the builder and speak with the LiveRep as a visitor would. This live test lets you check its appearance, voice, instructions, answers, and overall conversation flow.

Leave the miconwhile talking, then press the red end-call button once you have finished testing.

Select the content source you want to provide: URL crawl, PDF/doc, FAQ, or Text.

For website content, paste the page URL and select Crawl & index. CueVue will process that source and make the indexed information available to your LiveRep.

Pick one of the available presets, including Lead Capture, Appointment, Sell & Convert, Onboarding, Testimonial / Review, Support, Recruiting, or Survey / Quiz.

Choose the information you want the LiveRep to collect during conversations. Set essential fields as required, and select Add custom fieldwhenever you need to request something beyond the preset options.

Select the appointment action you want this LiveRep to use. Choose Google Calendarto create a calendar event, or select Calendlywhen you prefer sending visitors a booking confirmation link.

Press Save captureto store your configuration.

Open the On airarea and enter an avatar lead webhook URL when you want captured prospect information delivered to an external endpoint.

Click Publish & Deployto begin the deployment process for your completed LiveRep.

Select the location where you want visitors to interact with the LiveRep. Your choices include Website Widget, Landing / Opt-in, Under VSL, Thank-you Page, Before Appointment, After Appointment, Affiliate Bridge, E-commerce Cart/PDP, Email / SMS Link, and QR Code.

Choose the surface that best matches the page, campaign, or stage of the visitor journey you want to support.

Customize the theme, CTA text, goal, and greeting for your chosen surface. You can also set whether the LiveRep opens automatically, control the delay, and activate calendar or appointment options when required.

Enter a lead-routing webhook when your setup needs one, then select Next – Go live.
